This City College Plymouth course is delivered using a range of work based venues across Plymouth as well as making use of the dBs facilities. The mix of 'real world' experiences and work based learning combined with excellent educational and industrial expertise helps to create one of the best courses in the country.

Gear
Whilst working in the real world venues, students will have access to a selection of MIDAS consoles along with a huge selection of top PA gear. At the dBs facility itself there are 15 professional recording studios, 2 live rooms, a surround sound lecture theatre and 3 highly specified PC & Mac Music Workstation Suites. Beat that.

The course modules are designed to promote exemplary live sound practice and understanding. Students will work with real bands, musicians, actors and speakers to ensure they are able to perform whilst working under pressure. Occasional sleep will be permitted.
